(“TTML”) and creating websites, email domains, applications, and social media accounts to fraudulently offer investment or home-working opportunities. These websites, applications, and social media accounts often use TTML’s name and/or logos (or very similar names and logos) without our authorisation to induce people to join chat groups or download applications that are then used to defraud them.

Please note that TTML does not offer any services to individual investors. TTML does not offer any mobile trading or other apps and does not solicit business or make offers of employment (including home-working opportunities) via WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, or any other social media platform.

Job opportunities may be advertised only via the Firm’s official LinkedIn page or through recognised recruitment firms and internal TTML staff. TTML will never offer you direct investment in equities, cryptocurrencies, or any other securities, and will not contact you unsolicited to offer employment or home-working opportunities under any circumstances.

When TTML becomes aware of fraudulent activities, while we may consider taking appropriate action — including, but not limited to, alerting regulatory authorities and working with law enforcement to shut down such fraudulent activity — we do not:

(i) undertake any responsibility to you to take such action or update you on any further steps taken; or

(ii) accept liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with any misuse of our name or logo.
